Course Content

Program Description

The programme will develop a comprehension of how the design, operation and validation of accounting systems affect, and are affected by individuals, organisations, markets, the wider economy and the environment. This programme aims students to critically evaluate the suitability of accounting and finance techniques in different contexts. It aims to build students to be highly sought after by a wide range of organizations.

Entry Requirement
i. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent, with a minimum Grade C+ (CGPA 2.33) in any two subjects and credit in Mathematics at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level; or
ii. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Jayyid and credit in Mathematics at SPM level; or
iii. Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with 5 credits; or
iv. A diploma (Level 4, MQF) in Accounting or related field, or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; or
v. Matriculation / Foundation qualification or its equivalent with a minimum of CGPA of 2.50 and credit in Mathematics at SPM level; or
vi. Other related equivalent qualifications recognised by the Government of Malaysia.
• Students are required to achieve a minimum score of 6.0 for International English Language Testing System (IELTS) OR its equivalent.
