Course Content

Program Description

The international business diploma provides a solid foundation towards a career in international commerce, or as a business; the programme aims to provide students with broad-based International Business knowledge, technical, operational and entrepreneurial skills to preform effectively and ethically within their specific areas of International Business Studies, hence inculcating the desire for lifelong learning and career development.


Graduates of this programme will be able to work in supporting roles at most businesses  and in particular in businesses that support international trade. The roles can be from sales and marketing to operations and planning.


The programme duration is 7 Semesters.

Industrial Training

Entry Requirement

1. Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or O-Level or its equivalent with at least credit in any three (3) subjects; or

2. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject; or

3. A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM)  with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass); or

4. A pass in Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in a related field and possess SPM with a minimum of one credit (1) credit in any subject; or 

5. A pass in Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of Grade B in any three (3) subjects; or

6. A certificate (Level 3 KKM) or equivalent in a related field.

7. Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Government of Malaysia.


Requirement of English Language competency for International students: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) 550 or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 5.0 or equivalent.
