Fill in the Enquiry Form and our Student Recruitment Officer will contact you within 24 hours (during working days).

Find out more
Our Student Recruitment Officer will contact you and schedule an appointment with you. The appointment can be a virtual or in-person meet-up on the campus.

Submit Application
Fill in the Online Application Form and submit with the required documents.
A List of Required Documents
- Certified true copy transcript/certificate of the following SPM O-level STPM UEC A-level SAM AUSMED Diploma Other
- Copy of your MyKad (front and back)
- Copy of your parent/guardian’s MyKad (front and back) if you’re under 21
- Passport size photo
- Bank-in slip of your application fee (non-refundable)

For File Uploads:
Item 1 & 5: We accept PDF format and each file must not exceed 5MB.
Item 2, 3 & 4: We accept JPG and PNG format and each file must not exceed 5MB.

Process your application
Your application is being processed and verified with all your supporting documents.

Receive Offer Letter
If your application is successful, we will issue an Offer Letter to you and email it to you within 5 working days. If your application is unsuccessful, we will inform you via email and/or WhatsApp.
