Student Recruitment Executive (Sales)
- Maximize profits through Local/domestic student recruitment & developing sale strategies that match educational requirements by promoting MDIS Malaysia’s program, product, services and/or ideas.
- Manage and work towards achieving assigned student recruitment target.
- Overseeing & developing recruitment representative and/or agencies in Malaysia.
- Conducting research & collecting data to identify new sources of student recruitment.
- Devising & presenting ideas & strategies of MDIS Marketing Plan & Calendar.
- Compiling and feedback on market recruitment trends, intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Campaigning and handle social and/or digital media recruitment channels on assigned region.
- Organising educational and recruitment events and exhibitions.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Coordinating internal marketing and student recruitment referral systems.
- Monitoring performance of assigned Malaysia states/schools or campaign.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.
- Professional Certificate or Diploma (relevant background or experience will be an added advantage).
- Successful track record of sales experience (experience in local/domestic student recruitment) and a minimum of 2 years work experience will be and added advantage).
- Knowledge in handling sales representative or channel and develop good rapports with both internal & external stakeholders.
- Knowledge in coordinating with large representative for events & promotions.
- Knowledge on planning of sales exhibitions fairs & conduct business previews for local/domestic events.
- Outspoken & willing to work on off hours (if required).
- Willing to travel for work & also the patience in dealing with local/domestic customers.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
