MDIS Malaysia International College was honoured to host the Empowering Workshop on Psychometric Assessment of MUTU and Psychometric Intervention D-IMPACT Johor Bahru District 2026, organised by the Student Counselling and Working Subunit, Student Development Sector, Johor State Education Department (JPN Johor).

Held at the MDIS Auditorium on 9 July 2026, the workshop brought together guidance and counselling teachers as well as psychometric coordinators from schools across the Johor Bahru district. The programme focused on strengthening participants’ understanding of psychometric assessments, enhancing competency in interpreting assessment data, and promoting consistent implementation of psychometric practices within schools.

As an institution committed to supporting education beyond the classroom, MDIS Malaysia welcomed the opportunity to host educators who play a vital role in guiding students towards informed academic and career decisions. Throughout the programme, participants explored best practices in psychometric quality assurance, data interpretation, and the implementation of systematic D-IMPACT interventions to better support students’ personal development, career planning, and overall well-being.

In conjunction with the workshop, MDIS Malaysia also introduced participants to the diverse higher education pathways available for SPM and STPM leavers. Educators were given an overview of the education pathways, scholarship opportunities, flexible study pathways, and an industry-focused learning environment, enabling them to better guide students exploring their options after secondary education.

By engaging with school counsellors and educators, MDIS Malaysia continues to strengthen its collaboration with the education community while supporting initiatives that empower students to make informed decisions about their future. The college looks forward to supporting more initiatives that contribute to educational excellence, career readiness, and student development across Johor.
